This book is the culmination of things Elsa and I have learned while exploring the backcountry of the western United States for the last five years. I wrote this to be the handbook I needed when we began our journey; it contains personal stories, esoteric strategies typically left out of nomad Youtube videos, thought patterns we’ve found useful, rigs and climates we like, how we monetized our work, and lots of tactics and gear to make your life on the road lovable.
